CasaSierra is the place to stay if you want peace & tranquillity.

It's located in an extremely safe area and the property is very secure (we have never had any security issues), for your peace of mind however, there is your own electric main gate, a second gate from the garden to the house, security windows and your own alarm. It is located at the foot of a calm and relaxed forest area of Alhaurin el Grande, just 15 mins from the exquisite Mijas Pueblo, 20 mins from the beaches such as La Cala & Torremolinos and 25 mins from either Marbella in one direction or Malaga itself in the other. You will have many golf courses to choose from, the nearest being Lauro Golf & Alhaurin golf.

This central geographical location of Costa-del-Sol Andalucia means you will be able to easily visit many attractions such as the historical centre of Malaga, the caves of Nerja, Mijas/Ronda and other typical villages, the popular Alhambra Palace in Granada, Seville cathedral, Cordoba mosque and other amazing tourist areas such as Jaen, Cadiz and it's even just 1.5hr to Gibraltar.
If you like nightlife, we have lots of bars & restaurants in the village, or you can hit beaches for thousands more bars, restaurants, pubs, discotheques, etc...

    • Does the price include cleaning?     Yes, the final clean is included

    • What organic foods are in the orchard?     Anything seasonally available incl. oranges, lemons, almonds, sapotes

    • Are taxi cabs expensive there?     Very reasonable compared to larger towns and we also have a trusted taxi driver living in the same road

    • Is it far to town?     Despite we are at the start of the forest, you can walk there in 20mins, 7mins by bike or 4mins by car/scooter

    • Can we have visitors at the villa?     Yes of course, we only ask that the numbers at any one time are reasonable

    • Any time restictions?     You will have keys & a remote to the main gates/your alarm to come and go as you please

    • My husband is 6ft, is the bed long enough for him?     The bed is more than 200cm (that's 6.5ft)

    • We plan on eating at the cottage, but are there takeaway/delivery places?     Loads! Indian, Chinese, Pizza, kebab, Italian, chicken, you name it...

    • Is there a laundry service nearby?     You have your own washing machine, dryer & iron, but yes there is a laundry service nearby

    • We are looking for a peaceful break, is it noisy there?     It's very quiet indeed, in fact most of the time there's complete silence

We are happy to arrange Malaga Airport transfers for our visitors and consider other locations also including places of interest during your stay with us.
